GA Fund Management is a fund management company of the Risk Capital Fund GILD Arbitrage. Significant changes in the team have been carried out to ensure the business sustainability of the fund management in current market conditions.

In 2010, our team will first of all focus on working with current investments of Risk Capital Fund GILD Arbitrage to produce optimal results for fund investors and creditors in accordance with the fund rules.

Daily work of the fund management is carried out by the fund manager along with the Investment Committee and monitored by the Supervisory Committee. Internally, we are constantly improving business processes and compliance.
